In Casa Grande, a luxury residential complex situated in La Concha, the beautiful mountain of Marbella, the development project plans have been left stagnant for some time now.
On a phone conversation with a Muller Consult salesperson, we have been informed that the company has been forced to close down their sales office at the Casa Grande site, and that, apparently, most of the Casa Grande purchasers are demanding the return of their deposits.
After all, the only document Muller Consult have in their power to date is a licence for initial ground work, but no building license. The developer insists that as soon as they obtain the building license, they will re-open their sales office and continue with the project.
