The group Arenal 2000 continues to dominate the real estate market by way of prices and quality of their properties.
Almost three thousand properties were handed over in 2003 and last year, they built 8,500 new apartments. Arenal has recently just opened a large sales office in Marbella town, where they plan to have a permanent exhibition of several of their developments and to build show apartments in order to facilitate their future clients’ first contact and visits to the developments.
Another important point, according to one of their vendors, is the fact that this property company also bought the amusement park Tivoli World three months ago, which is situated in Benalmádena town. Following their social policy, based on the satisfaction of the needs of the society they belong to, they plan to renovate the park and add new rides to this tourist cerntre.
