Having obtained planning permission for the development Green Valley Alcaidesa, building has commenced on the urban complex. These works will be carried out by the construction company Vías, Canales y Puertos S.L., one of the largest developers on the Costa del Sol.
If all goes as planned, the development should be completed by the end of 2006, according to the developer.
