After some pressure was exerted on the developer AJA, they have agreed to allocate a number of units from their development GRAND GOLF CALANOVA, which has received planning permission, to buyers who bought in 2002 in CALANOVA PALM GOLF and for which planning permission was never granted. There is not price increase in this case. This move clearly indicates a departure from the approach taken by other developers, quoted on this site, who have left hundreds of property buyers stranded after planning permission was rejected.
