Marbella based Grupo Eralia recently won the bronze award for ´Best Spanish Apartment´ at the prestigious Homes Overseas Awards, celebrated at the Dorchester Hotel in London. Judges included members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Royal Institute of British Architects and respected journalists and technical experts. To judge the awards, they travelled the world to assess short-listed developments, granting accolades to those of outstanding design, location and value for money. Rugby´s England World Cup winner Jason Leonard presented the prizes.
