Ávila Rojas are insisting that the suspension of payments of INCAR S.A. has nothing to do with the performance of the rest of the company and they are confident that it will not damage them. At the moment, the Granada-based organisation is building 3,500 apartments and it has several hotel projects under way as well as having a large reserve of land and various residential developments about to be started, providing either direct or indirect employment for more than 3000 people.
This is based on the fact that in the property sector, it is very common to create a new corporation almost every time a new development is begun but Ávila Rojas do not do this because they think they have no need to.
With all this, the Managing Director insists on minimising the consequences of these salary suspensions of INCAR S.A. since the majority of employees have been relocated to different companies in the sector.
