Aifos Real Estate Development have introduced themselves onto the Swedish market with the help of their “Salon Inmobiliaria” in Stockholm in which they exhibit their residential homes for tourists in the provinces of Málaga, Almería and Cádiz.
This market is one of the least explored markets but also one with the most earning potential in Europe. Moreover, there is a high purchasing level and it is characterised by general preferences for the Mediterranean coast.
Aifos gave specific priority to the developments in which they could include golf, sun and sea, and they emphasised the fact that they were the only Andalucían company present at the show, facing competition from various developers and builders on the Spanish Levant.
They are convinced this promotion will work. Throughout the course of the show, Aifos officials tried to demonstrate why the Swedish will most often opt for Andalucía because they love the climate, the food, the way of life and above all living beside the sea and a golf course.
With the aim of launching the promotion in Sweden, Aifos are finalising the creation of a commercial network in the main cities in the country so that they can get to know Andalucía better and they can see what Aifos do, how they build and what the advantages are in choosing Andalucía as a destination.
