El Soto de Marbella, a supposedly “luxurious and exclusive development” is still uninhabitable despite the completion date having been set for last July. The purchasers of these apartments are still waiting on the developers, Grupo Mena, to complete snagging lists and fix problems such as extensive damp in the apartments and large holes in the walls.
