Due to a builders’ strike, which was instigated by Trade Unions in the plastering sector in the Málaga province, construction at “Las Tortugas de Aloha” near to Marbella has been delayed by 73 days altogether, nearly two and a half months.
For this reason, developers are informing purchasers that, through no fault of their own, the date of completion is set back to mid-February 2005 but they are emphasising that they are making maximum efforts to finish earlier than this.
