Grupo Mena S.L. are currently in the process of building the second phase of “El Soto de Marbella”. Current owners of the first phase are furious because the plans to build do not comply with the “plano general” which clearly showed one small block of apartments.
In the place of this supposedly small block are foundations for three huge rows of buildings, which will completely block the sea-view of some of the apartments in the the second phase – blocks 21 to 26.
This not only will affect these particular blocks of apartments but the community as a whole because the prices of properties at “El Soto” are going to greatly reduce due to lower standards of apartments and less-than-average surroundings and views.
