With regards to planning permission granted illegally due to a technical error, three steps should be taken; revise administrative procedures, declare these unlawful permits as harmful for the town and finally contest them before a judge in the High Court of Justice of Andalucia.
This is recommended by Povedano (the District Representative for Public Works) in order to overcome this crisis. He even takes it a step further by asking the Mayoress if the rest of the cases contested by the autonomous government are also mistakes.
