Moreover, last October 2004, the buyers came to visit the apartment only to find that the kitchen still had not been done. The views from the apartment did not correspond with what was promised. One of the bedrooms was missing a wardrobe that was in fact supposed to be fitted already.
Throughout all this time, the purchaser has noticed an outstanding lack of credibility and honesty on the part of the developers with their constant promises and lies to their clients. They do not seem to realise that in their attempt to hide faults and mistakes from their clients, they are only amplifying these people’s disappointment.
