This is only the beginning of problems for investors, who were given by the developer bank guarantees from the bogus company Compagnie des Garanties which are not worth the paper they are written. Giving out these guarantees can be considered a criminal offence and therefore it is required that anyone who has received said guarantees, or knows developers giving them out, reports it to Devwatch by sending us an email.
