The developer Promoplaza Fuengirola has announced the cancellation of the development Calanova Palm Golf through a burofax sent to current purchasers.
Authorisation for the appropriate building licence has not been granted and consequently, the project cannot be carried out. Application for the building licence was submitted and complied with the PGOU (Town Planning Guideliness) of the area in which the development was located. This plan was passed provisionally in March 2004 but three months later, the Junta rejected it.
To avoid having to pay out major damages to their clients, Promoplaza Fuengirola SL has provided them with the chance to change to another property in the development Calanova Grand Golf, claiming it has similar characteristics and conditions to those offered in the development just cancelled (same area, on a golf course, same surface area and same quality), and which has the appropriate building license.
