For approximately two years now, there has been a delay on the construction of this residential complex located in the Mijas area. According to the law firm Lawbird Legal Services, the building licence has not yet been granted although they do possess a groundwork licence.
Handover of the properties was predicted for the end of 2006 but in view of what has occurred, purchasers will have to either continue waiting for news from the developer Aifos or indeed exercise their legal rights.
