The completion of Arenal Golf Phase 1 was fixed for the beginning of April 2005. However, according to sources close to the developer, handover of the properties has been delayed until the beginning of July at least.
As stipulated by the developer in the contract, in the event of exceeding the predicted handover date, the purchaser has the choice whether to cancel the contract or to accept the delay. We believe that purchasers of Arenal Golf Phase 1 should not give up their apartment solely because of this small setback (only two months of a delay) since this particular development appears to be a very sound investment for its price, quality and location.
