Default Valle Rosario Golf and Palmera Properties
Have noticed that Palmera properties are offering to transfer paid deposits from Rosario Golf onto new developments, has anybody accepted this offer? as I am thinking of doing this

Hi, i'm holding out. the problem with the offered properties is that when we put our deposits down, the offered properties were half the price they are now. i and a couple of others have joined the cdsag through a spanish solicitor here in Liverpool. anyone wants his number they can have it.

I would be very careful janliz about any further dealings with Palmera Properties. Their "head man" Jesus Gotardo has apparently recently been arrested for fraud. He has been released on bail.

Look at the www.eyeonspain.com website and also at the www.spanishpropertyinsight.com websites. You will see some disconcerting tales about these developers which might help you reach a decision about further involvement with them.

(Speaking as one who has "suffered" at PPs hands)
