Devwatch is a consumer orientated property consultancy firm determined to expose developers not complying with Spanish Consumer Protection regulations, but has also been envisaged as a platform wherefrom property purchasers can exchange views and opinions on developers and their experience when buying new properties in Spain.
Devwatch selects the most relevant clauses included in the developer's contracts, aided by experienced property lawyers, and rates the developments on the basis of safety and protection they dispense to the buyers, the hidden charges they impose and the non-compliance with the existing consumer protection rules and regulations.
